New office building's completion

Adjacent to the head office on our premises at the end of June

· 1st floor : Working space for large STM system assembly
(4-meter-high ceiling, two 2.5-meter-deep pits)
· 2nd Floor : Space for manufacturing SPM probes and spectroscopic systems
· Head-office factory : Renewed as analysis room and laser spectroscopic room
· Overall area of both the building for manufacturing, development, and research has been doubled.
