History

November 1974Established Union Sokki Co., Ltd. Developed a Automatic Polarimeter and a Light Scattering Spectrometer, and started selling these products.
October 1981Changed the company name to Unisoku Co., Ltd. Developed a rapid scanning spectrophotometer using photodiode array, and applied to the stopped-flow reaction analyzer, and the Laser excited nanosecond time resolution photo- reaction analyzer.
April 1986Developed a Scanning Tunneling Microscope (STM) for use under atmospheric conditions, and started selling it.
August 1989Developed an Ultra High Vacuum Scanning Tunneling Microscopy System (UHV STM), and started selling it.
October 1991Developed an Ultra Low Temperature Ultra High Vacuum Scanning Tunneling Microscopy System (Ultra-LT UHV STM), and started selling it.
August 1999As the new standard UHV-STM systems, USM-1100, USM-1200, USM-1300 series were completed.
August 2000Lineup of the new optical instruments RSP-1000, TSP-1000 and CSP-1000 Systems were completed.
October 2000The Atomic Force Microscope (UHV-AFM) was developed and added to the USM series.
August 2003Concluded an exclusive distributor contract with RHK Technology, Inc. (Michigan, USA)Started the sales of RHK SPM Systems.
October 2004Concluded a sales contract with Ultrafast Systems LLC.(Ohio, USA) Started the sales of Ultrafast optical instruments.
October 2005Developed a UHV Ultra Low Temperature SPM system USM-1400 Series, and started selling it.
November 2005Concluded an exclusive distributor contract with Scientek Corp. (Taiwan). Started the sales of our UHV SPM in Taiwan.
July 2008Developed a UHV Room Temperature STM System USM-1000, UHV LT SPM System USM-1500, and started selling it.
September 2010Unisoku Co.,Ltd. joined Tokyo Instruments, Inc Group
Sept 2011UNISOKU-TII Instruments Co.,LTD(overseas office) estalished in Beijin.
Oct 2011The capital was increased to ¥50,000,000.
